    Frequently Asked Questions What is an apprenticeship program?  An apprenticeship program is an opportunity to learn a trade.  It is also a lifelong commitment.  Apprenticeship consists of two parts: on-the-job training (OJT) and related training (in the classroom). Is it hard to get into the program? You must meet minimum age and educational requirements.

Works hard at a steady pace. Positive attitude Listens and learns on the job and in school. Works with others as a team to build the project.

    To meet the algebra requirement or brush up and prepare for the aptitude test, you can enroll in the Tech Math Course.

    The Application Request Form can be printed and mailed in with the $30 application fee.  Once we receive the request, we will mail you the application. Then you can submit the application with your transcripts and any other documents you would like to have considered.  The Application Request Form is also available in the Tangent office.
